The economy of Bengkulu Province in the second quarter of 2024 grew by 4.70 percent (year-on-year)

Abstract

The economy of Bengkulu Province based on the amount of Gross Regional Domestic Product (GDP) on the basis of effective prices in the second quarter of 2024 reached Rp 26.50 trillion and on the basis of constant prices in 2010 reached Rp 13.91 trillion.
The economy of Bengkulu Province in the second quarter of 2024 compared to the previous quarter experienced a growth of 6.79 percent (q-to-q). In terms of production, the Transportation and Warehousing business field experienced the highest growth of 14.73 percent. Meanwhile, in terms of expenditure, the Government Consumption Expenditure (PK-P) component experienced the highest growth of 12.12 percent.
