Abstract

The rice harvest area in 2023 is estimated to be around 56,803 hectares, a decrease of 349 hectares or 0.61 percent compared to the rice harvest area in 2022 which was 57,152 hectares.
Rice production in 2023 is estimated at 277,310 tons of GKG, a decrease of 4,300 tons of GKG or 1.53 percent compared to rice production in 2022 which was 281,610 tons of GKG.
