Quarter I-2022, Economy Growth of Bengkulu Province is 3.03 Percent (y-o-y)

Abstract

The economy of Bengkulu Province in the first quarter of 2022 based on the amount of Gross Regional Domestic Product (GDP) at current prices reached Rp 20.69 trillion and based on constant 2010 prices reached Rp 11.94 trillion.
The economy of Bengkulu Province in the first quarter of 2022 compared to the previous quarter experienced a contraction (negative growth) of 1.91 percent (q-to-q). From the production side, the Government Administration Business Field experienced the highest contraction (negative growth) of 10.23 percent. Meanwhile, in terms of expenditure, the Government Consumption Expenditure Component (PK-P) experienced the highest contraction (negative growth) of 25.77 percent.
