May 2019, Room Occupancy Rate of Bengkulu Province Star Hotels Recorded 50.52 Percent

Abstract

The Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) of star hotels in Bengkulu Province in May 2019 was recorded at 50.52 percent, down 7.01 points compared to the hotel TPK in April 2019 which was recorded at 57.53 percent. When compared with the same month in 2018, star-rated ROR of hotels fell by 13.87 points.

The average length of stay of guests (RLMT) in star hotels in Bengkulu Province in May 2019 was 1.52 days, down 0.50 points compared to hotel RLMT in April 2019 which was recorded at 2.02 days. When compared to the same month in 2018, RLMT of starred hotels decreased by 0.02 points.

Of the 10 Provinces on Sumatra Island, with star-rated TPK of 50.52 percent, Bengkulu Province was ranked as the highest TPK in Sumatra. The second highest starred TPK Hotel is Lampung Province with a magnitude of 49.67 percent. While the lowest ROR in Sumatra in May 2019 was the Bangka Belitung Islands Province, which amounted to 22.98 percent.
