Abstract

In August 2017, Bengkulu City experienced inflation of 0.19 percent. Based on the monitoring of the Central Statistics Agency in 82 cities in Indonesia, 35 cities experienced inflation, the remaining 47 cities experienced deflation. The highest inflation occurred in Lhokseumawe at 1.09 percent and the lowest inflation in Batam at 0.01 percent. Meanwhile, the city experiencing the highest deflation was Ambon at -2.08 percent and the lowest deflation was in Samarinda at -0.03 percent.
